The Shanghai New International Expo Center is an exhibition center in Pudong, Shanghai. It is a modern and state-of-the-art facility, covering over 1.5 million square meters and hosting a wide range of international events and trade shows. The center is conveniently located near major transportation hubs, making it easily accessible for visitors from around the world.

We provide a diverse program covering both digital and analog live performance, beat making, and skills necessary for a successful career as a controllerist. Our music exhibition showcases the latest technology. Our aim is to cultivate a hands-on learning environment through interactive jam sessions, competitions, and workshops for aspiring musicians and enthusiasts of all levels.
We host various competition formats of different disciplines, bringing together the most talented performers from across the globe to showcase their skills.
IDA Finals China | Scratching
The top scratch artists from China gather for the IDA Scratch Category, utilizing one turntable and one mixer with vinyl records only - no digital vinyl systems allowed! Each participant is given 90 seconds to display their talents, and the number of rounds is determined by the judges. This category solely focuses on scratching, with contestants tasked to showcase their freestyle cutting abilities to a beat chosen by the jury. No adjustments to the tempo are permitted during the rounds.

IDA Finals China | Party Rocking
Under the SHOW section, turntablism and scratching are not the primary focus. Instead, you are urged to experiment with different performance methods and showcase your production abilities. There are no restrictions on using software or hardware, so let your creativity run wild. The focus here is on the musicality and uniqueness of your performance. Push the boundaries of live performance and wow us with your 6-minute showcase!

69Beats - one of the most versatile and innovative Polish DJs, 2-time Red Bull 3Style National DJ Champion, 4-time Phase DJ Games winner, Goldie Awards finalist and Beatsource All-Stars Champion. Actively rocking clubs and festivals since 2008 with two goals in his mind – spreading happiness into other peoples hearts and presenting DJing as unique and complex art form.
Hix Boson
Hix Boson, or Alex Sonnenfeld, is a pioneer in turntablism and DJing. With his scratch mastery, he is a renowned teacher and has created a unique music theory for scratching. He shares his knowledge at top music universities globally and performs as Hix Boson, showcasing his turntablism for electronic music.
